These Terms govern your use of ForgeFeed Studio’s website and courses. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Purchases and refunds
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. Refunds follow the policy described in the FAQ: within 14 days if less than 25% of the course is completed.
4. License to content
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your own learning. Redistribution or public performance is prohibited without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harassing conduct.
- No attempts to bypass security or extract source materials at scale.
- No sharing of your account or license keys with unauthorized users.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and brand elements (including “ForgeFeed Studio”) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific audience numbers or revenue outcomes. Educational examples are illustrative only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
